Product description

Our duty and primary care is that the information provided on the Another Land website regarding the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products are absolutely accurate. However, some products may appear on your device’s screen slightly different in size, color and texture than in reality.

Product prices

The prices listed next to each product include 24% VAT.

The prices refer to the quantities available, and https://www.inanotherland.com reserves the right to change the description and prices of its products without prior notice. However, after completing your order, you are required to ship the products you ordered with the features and prices posted on its website at the time of the order.

Products Delivery

Products are shipped with Elta Courier & DHL and delivered safely to the address you specify within 6 working days upon the date the order was paid. For orders outside of Greece, the products are sent in 10 working days upon order confirmation.

Another Land does not take any responsibility in the event of delay in delivery due to extreme weather, strikes and force majeure. In such cases, the above delivery times will be prolonged

After completing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail detailing your order details as well as the personal information you have entered. Once the order has begun, you will receive another e-mail, which will include the details of each order and the date it was sent.

Shipping costs

All shipping and packing costs are calculated in the Shopping Cart Total and based on the final payment amount.

Return policy

Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right and return part of it or all the products you have purchased within 14 days of the date of receipt.

It is clarified that returned products must not be used or damaged. Furthermore, the labels accompanying the product should be the same as it was when you received it. The same applies to your retail sales receipt or invoice. In addition, you must be contacted by email at info@inanotherland.com for instructions and a return code.

For returning a non-defective product, the cost of return is charged to the customer, and the cost of re-shipping of the item you choose for replacement is entirely charged by https://www.inanotherland.com.

Defective product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, Another Land will make every effort to replace it with a similar or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, please email us at info@inanotherland.com within 14 days of your receipt in order to send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an identical product on request or refunded.

If a product spoils at least 14 days after delivery and you want to send it to the guaranteeing company, Another Land offers free of charge only the return of the product to you after it has been repaired. The customer is obliged to pay the shipping for sending the defective product to us, which will then be transferred to the corresponding company for repair.

Limitations of liability

In all the products on our https://www.inanotherland.com catalogs, there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. The transaction will be deemed completed only after a written electronic confirmation has been sent.
